1. Free Shipping within India

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within India. Whether you’re located in a metropolitan city or a remote area, we strive to deliver your order to your doorstep at no additional cost. 

2. International Shipping

For our international customers, shipping charges as well as duties and taxes as applicable are payable by the customer. Vasundhara Design House does not have any responsibility on the additional charges that may apply. International shipping charges will apply based on the destination and the weight of the package. Handling or convenience charges may apply depending upon any special request. 

3. Shipping Methods

We partner with reputable courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. The shipping method and estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

  • All our products will be shipped from our store or workshop in Hyderabad. 
  • The products shall only be shipped to the address mentioned in the checkout page.
  • At the time of delivery, if the package looks damaged or tampered with, kindly do not accept the package.
  • Shipping confirmation email shall be sent to you, once your product has been dispatched from the store.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. Do note, orders shipped and returned due to Non-Availability on Delivery are not eligible for any refunds/ repeat fulfilment or credit notes in lieu of the returned original order.
4. .Delivery Times

Within India: Orders typically ship within 3-4 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days. Customized pieces may take up to 2-3 weeks.

International orders are processed and shipped within 3-6 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen at checkout. Please note that customs clearance procedures may cause additional delays beyond our control. Customized pieces may take up to 2-4 weeks.

  • The delivery timeline for all SALE pieces within the domestic region is 1-2 weeks, while for international orders, it is 2-3 weeks.
  • Ready To Ship orders are shipped in 3 business days.
  • We use registered courier partners for the delivery of our products.
  • Kindly note that Sunday and other public holidays are not considered as working days.
  • There might be minor color variations because of differences in display output, camera lighting and screen resolution.
  • Any loose threads are due to human error, as all our products are ‘handcrafted’ and hence are not considered as a manufacturing defect.
  • For expedited delivery, please email us on, we shall try to accommodate your request.

5. Payment
  • We do not have a Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
  • For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks, UPI & Wallets.
  • For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express).
6. Shipping charge
  • Shipping of all domestic orders shall be free of charge.
  • For international orders, a shipping fee shall be charged (for order value below INR 20,000/- you’ll be charged INR 3,500/-, for order value INR 20,000/- to 60,000/- you’ll be charged INR 5000/- and for order value INR 51,000/- and +, you’ll be charged INR 7000/-)
7. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.

8. Customs Duties and Taxes

For international orders, please note that some countries levy import taxes, customs fee or other duties. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. The customer is responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Vasundhara Design House does not have any responsibility on the additional charges that may apply. These charges are not included in the total amount paid at checkout and may be collected upon delivery by the local customs authorities.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Please be aware that certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on their size, weight, or contents. We reserve the right to refuse shipping of any items that may pose logistical challenges or legal restrictions.

Exchange Policy

At Vasundhara Design House, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges under certain conditions outlined below:

1. Exchange Eligibility

We only accept exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt to initiate the exchange process.

2. Exchange Procedure

To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order to report the issue and request an exchange.
  • Provide your order number, details of the items you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  • Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions, including return shipping details if necessary.
  • Once we receive the returned items and verify their eligibility for exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement items to you.
3. Conditions for Exchange

Please note the following conditions for exchanges:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or issue a store credit.
  • Shipping charges for returning the items and receiving the replacement items are the customer’s responsibility, unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions or if the exchange request is made outside the specified timeframe. 
4.Return policy
  • Returns shall only be accepted in case of genuine product damage i.e., during delivery or any manufacturing defect. Please photograph this as soon as you open the package and write to us at within 24 hours of delivery. The team shall get back to you with a solution.
  • We do not issue any refunds but can give you a credit note in case of damaged merchandise. Exchange can only be in the form of repurchase via credit note.
  • As maximum of our products are made to order and handcrafted, we do not accept any returns.
  • Kindly check the size guide before placing an order.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
  • Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:
  • Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events (all sales final).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.
  • If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name. We shall ship the merchandise you requested for as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.
